Orders placed through our user-friendly website or at any of our branches in Ambalangoda, Batapola, Elpitiya, and Galle are subject to availability and acceptance by Dilan Fashion House. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Our friendly staff at any of our branches will assist you with the exchange process. Kindly note that some items are not eligible for exchange, including white dresses, underwear, and some chosen innerwear.

The risk of loss and title for products purchased from Dilan Fashion House pass to you upon delivery. We ensure that your order is carefully packed and dispatched to reach you in pristine condition.
